Branding a future for every four year old in LA
LAUP (pronounced LA-up) is funded by First5 LA, which allocates $600 million to ensure high-quality preschool is available to every four-year-old child in Los Angeles County. Special Modern Design created the brand and identity for LAUP which was guided by a 10-year Master Plan developed by Karen Hill-Scott Company. We created the logo, stationery, web site, newsletter and brochures. The resulting clean and simple logo design tells a story of navigating growth and moving up.
